Course Description: A three-hour course highlighting some of the most common and significant property condition issues with houses. The objective of this course is to educate real estate agents about these conditions so they can better anticipate which issues may be identified by a home inspector. These will improve the agent's ability to communicate with both their client and the home inspector regarding property conditions, to help protect the client and raise the client's satisfaction with the home buying/selling process.
